Radish provides a fast, casual dining experience where customers can choose from signature salads and fresh cold pressed juices from the menu. Chef Quentin, who received a degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta in Culinary Arts, talks about the concept of Radish. “With the use of only the freshest produce sourced from organic or locally owned farms when available, and humanely raised meats from small family farms the menu is sure to please! We have spent over a year developing our venders. We believe you don’t need a silver fork to eat good food. Radish not only provides healthy and nutritious menu options, it also provides the perfect platform to help others in the community!” Chef Q says, if given the opportunity, he would like to teach children about nutrition and healthy food choices.
This Saturday April 18th Radish will open its doors for the grand opening. From11am – 4pm anything on the menu will be “Name- You-Price”. Name-Your-Price is a unique grand opening concept where the customer gets to do just that! As part of the fundraising efforts, anyone can enjoy a meal from Radish’s signature menu and pay whatever they would like to contribute to help feed local under nourished children and their families.
